Ilaria is a civil lawyer and accredited mediator based in Turin, specialising in international contracts. For over 25 years she has been providing legal advice and assistance to Italian and foreign companies, in particular on internationalisation strategies and the drafting, negotiation and management of contracts of distribution, agency, sale and purchase, e-commerce and all aspects of Italy/foreign trade relations, including the management of domestic and international litigation.
