Stefania Gallo

Business Lawyer

Stefania is a lawyer with extensive expertise in intellectual and industrial property law and fashion law.  She obtained her Master's degree in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna with a dissertation in civil procedural law on interim relief in the luxury industry, before furthering her academic training with a second-level Master's degree (LL.M.) in Fashion & Luxury Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. Her studies culminated in a final dissertation on the protection of intellectual property rights in 3D products. In the same year, she was admitted to the bar following a legal traineeship specialising in criminal law and intellectual property.  Throughout her career, Stefania has lived in Oxford, where she focused her studies on legal English and open-source intelligence. She has also gained significant experience as a speaker at conferences and congresses, both nationally and internationally, exploring innovative legal issues relating to the fashion and luxury industries, with a particular focus on regulatory developments, the protection of intellectual property rights and the challenges associated with digitalisation. She has also furthered her expertise through specialist courses on topics ranging from artificial intelligence to international law and arbitration.  She is the founder of 'Fashion Law Italia', the first Italian channel entirely dedicated to legal analysis and dissemination in the fashion and luxury sectors, as well as the specialist legal consultancy division of her wider practice, 'Stefania Gallo Legal'. Thanks to an interdisciplinary approach that combines legal expertise with an understanding of the business and cultural dynamics of brands, Stefania is now recognised as a leading figure in legal consultancy within these sectors. She currently provides specialist legal advice in the areas of intellectual property, fashion law and luxury goods law. Stefania has been part of the Valenti Group professional network since 2024.
