Simona Miccichè
Strategic Finance Advisor
For more than 25 years Simona Miccichè has been assisting SMEs, large companies and innovative start-ups in defining financial strategies and scouting for the best facilitated finance opportunities. After her experience at the Turin Chamber of Commerce and a Master at Luiss Business School, in 2020 she founded S.M. Finglobal Consulting S.r.l., of which she is now CEO and Advisor. Her work approach is based on two essential values: transparency and honesty. Each project is started only after a rigorous technical, economic and regulatory feasibility check; this allows her to formulate clear, realistic and fully sustainable plans for the client. A context, such as that of facilitated finance, often crowded with unrealistic promises, Simona stands out because she never promises what she cannot concretely deliver. Over the past three years, she has managed more than 250 projects, helping companies to obtain more than € 50 million in grants, tax credits, soft loans and bank finance lines, thanks also to a stable network of financial institutions. Her approach integrates the strategic analysis of the business model with the structuring of the optimal mix of public subsidies and banking solutions, up to the complete management of reporting and monitoring. In addition to soft finance, she follows M&A transactions and generational handovers of Italian companies, collaborating with international investment funds in the acquisition and post-deal development phases. She is a mentor for the PID of Unioncamere Nazionale and for Impact Hub, a network of business angels specialising in impact start-ups, and regularly participates as a speaker and trainer in initiatives of Unione Industriale VCO, Confesercenti and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, promoting a business culture oriented towards innovation, sustainability and solid results.
