Mauro is a lawyer whose main areas of practice are civil, corporate, business, administrative, and tax law. He is a partner in the firm MM Despacho de Abogados in Tenerife (Spain) and a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía of Madrid, practicing law within the Spanish and Italian legal systems. Over the years, he has developed specific expertise in different branches of corporate law and international investments (especially, in Spain and Italy). Mauro mainly deals with the incorporation of companies, purchase and transfer of assets, sales and leases, applications and appeals for obtaining citizenship, incomes, management of import/export practices of EU and non-EU vehicles with respective European homologation practices, as well as other important issues regarding the life of a company, always striving to ensure the best results for the client.
