MarieFrance is a lawyer with over 25 years of experience, whose main areas of practice are civil and commercial law. Fully qualified to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) since February 2011, she is a member of the Verona Bar Association and has owned her own law firm since 2001. As part of her professional career, MarieFrance has developed strong expertise in the field of national and international contracts, ADR (in particular, mediation, conciliation, and arbitration), property and property interests, leases, damages, professional medical liability, family law and succession, and debt collection. Over the years she completed numerous master's and advanced courses at leading national and international universities (Verona, Bologna, Padua, Roma Tre, Yale, and Waseda).
