Ilaria Piombo

International Business Lawyer & Mediator

Ilaria is a civil lawyer based in Turin, specialising in international contracts. For over 25 years she has been providing legal advice and assistance to Italian and foreign companies, in particular on internationalisation strategies and the drafting, negotiation and management of contracts of distribution, agency, sale and purchase, e-commerce and all aspects of Italy/foreign trade relations, including the management of national and international litigation. Since 2008, she has also been a consultant for international contracts for Unioncamere Lombardia, an organisation for which she also provides training to companies in the area as a lecturer in specialised seminars in this field. Alongside her profession as an international lawyer, she also works as a civil and commercial mediator, which is her great passion. Ilaria is an accredited mediator with the two main public bodies in Turin: since 2009 she has held this position with ADR Piemonte (Mediation Body of the Piedmont Chambers of Commerce) and since 2011 also with the Mediation Body of the Turin Bar Association. Since 2025 he has also been Conciliator at the Transport Regulation Authority. The skills acquired through years of experience and continuous training in the field of mediation and negotiation techniques therefore represent an important plus in assisting companies both in the management of internal company issues and in pre-contract negotiations and litigation.
