Celina is a Fashion and Luxury Lawyer and Legal and Compliance Consultant currently based in Rome, Italy.  She collaborates with Valenti Group as part of its international network of professionals, contributing her expertise in fashion law, intellectual property, and cross-border regulatory compliance.  Her practice focuses on advising fashion and luxury brands on brand protection, commercialization strategies, and legal frameworks supporting global expansion.  She has developed her professional experience as an associate in a full-service law firm in the Philippines, where she advised clients on intellectual property protection, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance matters.  She currently serves as a Legal and Compliance Consultant at LawVisory PLLC, where she advises clients on U.S. regulatory compliance and provides legal support in transactional matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, capital raising, and company formation in the United States.  In parallel, she leads the development of the firm's Fashion and Luxury Law practice. Throughout her professional path, Celina has worked with international clients across jurisdictions, gaining a strong understanding of the legal and commercial challenges faced by businesses operating in highly regulated and brand-driven industries.  Her work integrates legal strategy with business considerations, particularly in the areas of intellectual property, brand positioning, and market entry.  With respect to her academic background, Celina holds a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law from the Philippines. She is currently completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Fashion Law at LUISS Guido Carli University (Italy), where her research focuses on the legal protection of "Made in Italy" and authenticity claims in the fashion and luxury sectors.  Her academic work reflects a strong interest in the intersection of law, branding, and consumer perception within global markets.  Celina is admitted to practice law in the Philippines and continues to engage in international legal work across Europe and the United States.
