Andrea Dalceggio

Senior Contracts Manager, FIDIC Certified Adjudicator and Arbitrator in the Construction Industry

Andrea is an engineer, DRB (Dispute Resolution Board) expert, registered in the prestigious FIDIC President's List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators, FIDIC Young Professional, member of the DRBF (Dispute Resolution Board Foundation) and CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators). With over 20 years of experience in the international construction industry, Andrea's experience spans Europe, Asia and Latin America, in sectors such as Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Power, Steel Making Plants and Civil Infrastructure. Over the last decade, he has served as Senior Contract Manager at Webuild (formerly Impregilo), overseeing multi-million dollar projects under FIDIC contracts with Dispute Adjudication Boards and participating in ICC and ICSID arbitrations.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pavia, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Alma Mater of Bologna, and a law degree and a specialisation in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University. He also completed a Master's degree in Engineering and Contracting at the Politecnico di Milano. Andrea leads training sessions on Dispute Boards and participates as a speaker at conferences.  Andrea has been part of the Valenti Legal and Business professional network since 2024.
